Placeholder — requires attorney review before public launch. This document is a plain-language draft to communicate intent. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel in your jurisdiction before you rely on it publicly.

This policy describes what you may and may not do with MarketingFlow Lens. It supplements our Terms of Service and is intended to keep the platform safe for all customers.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, publish, or advertise content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the policies of any connected third-party platform.

2. Ownership of media

You must own or hold a valid license for every asset you upload, including images, video, audio, fonts, trademarks, and copy. Uploading assets you do not have rights to is grounds for account suspension.

3. Content approval and claims

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content and any claims it contains — including regulated categories such as health, finance, legal, and comparative claims — before publication.

4. Third-party platform rules

You must comply with the terms and advertising policies of each connected third-party platform. Those platforms may reject or suspend advertisements at their discretion; we are not responsible for such decisions.

5. Security and abuse

Do not probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Service; do not interfere with other tenants; do not use the Service to send spam, phish, distribute malware, or scrape third parties in violation of their terms.

6. AI features

Do not use AI features to generate disallowed content, impersonate real people without consent, or produce misleading political, medical, or financial claims. All AI output requires human review.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove offending content, and cooperate with legal process where required.
