Placeholder — requires attorney review before public launch. This document is a plain-language draft to communicate intent. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel in your jurisdiction before you rely on it publicly.
This Privacy Policy describes what personal data MarketingFlow Lens processes, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing sites and to the authenticated product.
1. Data we process
Account details (name, email, organization), content and media you upload, campaign metadata, integration references you authorize, and product usage telemetry. We also process billing information via our payment processor — we do not store full payment card details in our systems.
2. How we use data
To operate and secure the Service, provide support, produce reports for your organization, communicate with you about the Service, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.
3. Third-party platforms
When you connect a third-party platform (for example, an ad network or analytics provider), data flows between that platform and the Service under the scopes you authorize. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies.
4. Advertising spend and billing
Subscription fees do not include advertising spend. Media budgets are handled by third-party platforms or invoiced separately as pass-through cost; we retain only the minimum billing metadata needed to reconcile invoices.
5. AI processing
Prompts and content you submit to AI features may be processed by our AI providers under contractual terms restricting use to serving the request. AI-generated content requires human review before use.
6. Retention
Organizational records are retained while your account is active. On verified deletion requests, records are removed after a 30-day retention window. Some records may be retained longer where required by law (for example, tax and audit records).
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. You can exercise most of these from the in-product Privacy & Data page or by contacting us.
8. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than yours, using appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards proportionate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and enable available account protections.
10. Contact
