This policy explains how subscriptions are billed, renewed, upgraded, downgraded, and cancelled on MarketingFlow Lens.

1. Plans and billing cycles

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are added where required.

2. What is included

Subscription fees cover access to the platform features described for your plan. Subscription fees do not include advertising spend — media budgets you allocate to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email providers, or any other third-party platform are billed separately by those platforms (or, where applicable, invoiced as pass-through cost).

3. Automatic renewal

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel from the in-product Billing page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until that date.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may consider refund requests for extended service outages on a case-by-case basis.

7. Managed services

Fully managed marketing engagements may require a separate statement of work with its own fees, term, and cancellation terms. In case of conflict, the statement of work controls for that engagement.

8. Suspension for non-payment

Failed payments will trigger retries and in-product notices. Accounts with unresolved balances may be suspended and, after an additional grace period, deactivated.

9. Changes to pricing

We may change plan pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to the next renewal after the notice period.
