MarketingFlow Lens includes AI-assisted features for drafting copy, suggesting campaign ideas, generating images, and summarizing performance. This disclaimer describes how those features work and what you agree to when using them.
1. Human review is required
All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a human before being published, sent, or otherwise relied on. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
2. No professional advice
AI-generated text is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Regulated claims must be reviewed by qualified experts before use.
3. Client responsibility for claims
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all published content — including claims, comparisons, endorsements, statistics, and images. This responsibility is unchanged when the source material is AI-generated.
4. Intellectual property
You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated assets do not infringe third-party rights. Do not upload copyrighted, trademarked, or personal-likeness material as input without appropriate rights or consent.
5. Model providers
AI features are powered by third-party model providers under contractual terms restricting use of your prompts and content to serving your request. Availability and behavior of AI features depend in part on those third-party services.
6. Rate limits and abuse
AI features are rate-limited to prevent abuse. We may throttle or suspend AI access if usage patterns indicate misuse or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
AI features do not guarantee campaign performance, ranking, engagement, or conversions.
