Advertising Services Terms

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Placeholder — requires attorney review before public launch. This document is a plain-language draft to communicate intent. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel in your jurisdiction before you rely on it publicly.

These Advertising Services Terms apply when you use MarketingFlow Lens to plan, buy, or manage paid advertising on third-party platforms — whether self-serve or through our managed services team.

1. Media budgets are separate from subscription

Subscription fees do not include advertising spend. Advertising budgets are either charged directly by the third-party platform to the payment method you connect, or invoiced by us as a pass-through cost with any applicable management fee shown separately.

2. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any advertising outcome — including impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, revenue, followers, or return on ad spend. Results depend on creative, budget, audience, competition, seasonality, and third-party platform policies and algorithms.

3. Client approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all creative assets, targeting, offers, and claims before campaigns launch. Approvals recorded in the platform serve as authorization to publish.

4. Media rights and compliance

You must own or hold a valid license for every asset used in advertising, and content must comply with applicable law and with each third-party platform's advertising policies.

5. Third-party platform decisions

Third-party platforms may reject, pause, suspend, or remove advertisements or accounts at their discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to remediate, but we are not liable for such decisions or for delivery delays caused by platform review.

6. Platform availability

Platform availability depends in part on third-party services we do not control — including ad networks, analytics APIs, and email delivery providers. Outages at those services may temporarily affect campaign delivery or reporting.

7. Reporting

Reports are generated from data returned by third-party platforms. Numbers may be revised by those platforms after publication (for example, for invalid traffic adjustments). We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of third-party reporting.

8. Managed advertising services

Managed campaigns may require a separate statement of work covering scope, budget authority, management fees, and review cadence. In case of conflict, the statement of work controls for that engagement.

9. Cancellation of active campaigns

You can pause or end active campaigns from the platform. Spend already committed to third-party platforms before the pause may not be refundable.
